Terms and Conditions:
Watch will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on CALL.
If a customer fails to answer confirmation call, order will not be dispatched.
Courier won’t allow you to check first and pay on our parcels, because couriers dont offer insurance & if any harm happens to the parcel after opening it courier is not responsible for that.
So we have Our Exchange/Return Policy.
Within 3 days after delivery you can apply for Return or Exchange only if watch is not used or Unwrapped.
If the Watch is Used or Unwrapped than Return/Exchange Can’t be Applicable.
Process of Return/Exchange:
Customer will have to send the watch first through any courier to our office address we will examine first and then move further for refunding or exchanging.
Warranty :
Your watch contains 1 year machine warranty. Any physical damage or color damage is not included in warranty, yet you may send it to us we will fix it.
We will try our best that you don’t have to go through this process. Will send the best masterpiece to you.
But if anything happens incase, we will make this process easy so you may not get frustrated.
